very good location

no reception desk. check in by using a laptop is difficult especially for tax payment. voice coming out from laptop was too soft. the screen of key box is too small and not in good place. *Only 1 key for 4 people staying in 1 room is not sufficient, to solve this problem, should allow guests to use the letter's box to keep the key.

Location and cleanness

Checking in was difficult. The hotel staff did not give us all of the password to access the rooms. We booked 4 rooms but they gave us only one room. We took a lot of time try to check in.

Toilet bad smell

The key reception took very long as there were guests trying to figure out how to do it. Me and my family spent over 12 mins waiting for it turn to check in which is self-checkin. The room was dusty, the bedsheets and towels had a smell and we could tell it has been quiet sometime since it was cleaned or occupied. The fridge in our room was broken. The breakfast was not freshly made which was more than disappointing. We paid ¥750 for it. It was cold and stale and pre-prepared Atleast 10-12 hours before the breakfast day. Also during check in they charged us 2000¥yen more for some kind of tax. This SHOULD BE MENTIONED BEFORE BOOKING!!!!!!! Overall, it was the most disappointing stay in Japan and specifically in Fukuoka.

Convenience location. Reasonable price. Washing machine in the room with balcony for cloth drying (and too late to know that there was washer / dryer at common too)

Beds were a little bit too short for normal man, even for Asian. Window blinds were full of dust. Sparse plastic bags for little bin was not provided at the first few days. Not enough hangers (only 8 nos.)

It wad near the station.

There weren’t indoor slippers provided. Had to go down to hear our food because there was no microwave in the room.
