The keys were easy but none of the codes for the individual bedrooms worked, so we had to call for assistance. They came quickly, which was good.

Well, the house sleeps 14 people, and we had 14 people consisting of 3 families. The sleeping arrangements worked out fine, but the rooms are small so we had to keep luggage in the common area. but the common area is very small, so plan to spend most of your time out of the house!

I was in room 1 and the door hit the bed when opened.

Weren't given codes to open the lock boxes for rooms 2-6. Was told someone would be there in 5 minutes. Made another phone call after 10, and was told someone would be there in 20 minutes. Half an hour later someone did show up, to text me the codes. Could've just been sent after the first phone call. A minor frustration

The location is quite central in Galway (close to the station, which is very practical). The price is ok on Irish standards.

We arrived lat in the evening. An earlier call with the host and the self check-in explanations lead us to think that it would not be a problem. When we arrived, the host only left 4 rooms opened so that there was a bed missing to fit out large group (9 people). We did not know whether other guests (for the remaining rooms) were expected. We contacted all the phone numbers, including those marked as "emergency numbers". We reached someone with only one of the numbers. The person told us that he would revert to us "in 5 minutes" and never called back. It's all the more unfortunate as the problem was resolved the next morning, only with the codes from the other secure boxes (that we could have been given the night before, thus). We were compensated (financially) for the incident, but it does not reflect good on our overall experience. Apart from that, the place is ok, but quite small. For example, there are neither enough chairs to fit 9 people, nor dishes for everyone to eat simultaneously. Thus, the place is a better choice for smaller groups (say, up to 6). The cleanliness was also not up to par (e.g. dirty sinks, dust).

Had both oven and microwave. Comfortable bedding. Nice shower

Lack of tea towels and bin bags

Great location. Comfortable, clean. Good price for full house. Saw previous comments and poor heating and hot water but we didnt experience this. House was very warm when we arrived and plenty hot water. Lovely house, albeit small but good value for great location

The double rooms are very very compact, extremely small, fits a bed but no room to move around. Duvet blankets also too light for cold winter months but the heaters in the rooms are good so kept us warm.

Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Amenities in kitchen and bathrooms were excellent.

Perfect location, the facilities were great and the staff were very helpful in facilitating an early check-in

The only fault we had was that the house. Was extremely cold when we arrived and it took a long time for it to warm up when we boosted the heating etc.

Great location very clean would diffently book again.
