Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. When booking for more than 10 days, different policies and additional supplement charges may apply. Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge of EUR 200. Damages will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. Please note that free early check-in is available at this property from 14:00. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 30 from 13:00 is applicable for late check-in. Please note that late check-in is available at this property via self-check-in after 23:00. Please note that early check-in from 12:00 is subject to availability. Guests arriving outside check-in hours after 23:00 will receive check-in instructions. [1. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS 1.1. Before check-in, all guests must provide a valid ID (photo or scan), as we are legally required to register your stay. 1.2. The tourist tax must be paid immediately after reservation via the provided payment link (credit card only). 1.3. Without completed identification and paid tourist tax, access to the apartment is not permitted. 1.4. In certain cases, this fee may be allocated as a property use tax related to accommodation usage. 2. GENERAL RULES 2.1. A security camera is installed outside the apartment entrance and is used solely to verify the number of persons entering the apartment. 2.2. The apartment may only be used by registered guests. 2.3. For stays longer than 10 days, mandatory cleaning is required every 7 days. The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the initial cleaning before check-in. All mandatory cleanings during the stay are additionally charged, equal to the standard cleaning fee, and must be paid by credit card before check-in. 2.4. Any violation of the house rules may result in a €200 penalty per violation, may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, and any damages or additional costs will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. 2.5. Keys must be returned to their original location. 2.6. Guests must allow access to the apartment when necessary (maintenance, inspections, emergencies). 3. CHECK-IN OPTIONS 3.1. STANDARD CHECK-IN - From 17:00 3.2. FREE EARLY CHECK-IN (NO FINAL INSPECTION) - From 14:00 - Guest accepts apartment condition 3.3. PAID EARLY CHECK-IN - From 13:00 (€30) - Fully cleaned and inspected 3.4. EARLY CHECK-IN (IF AVAILABLE) - From 12:00 (if the apartment was empty the previous night) 3.5. SUPER EARLY CHECK-IN - From 11:00 (partial cleaning only) 3.6. LATE CHECK-IN - After 23:00 via self check-in instructions - No staff support available at night]This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
