Mi-a placut foarte mult, probabil cea mai frumoasa priveliște din Bucuresti pe care am vazut-o până acum. Apartamentul este spatios si am ramas placut surprinsa.

"Schöne, saubere und ruhige Wohnung außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum"

Sehr saubere helle Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon und schönem Ausblick in neuem Gebäude. Einrichtung funktional, bequemes Sofa. Gute Klimaanlage. Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Getrenntes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, was in dieser Preiskategorie leider schwer zu finden ist in Bukarest.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ausbaufähig: mehr Besteck und größere Tassen, Schalen für Müsli o.ä., Küchenrolle. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte besser sein. Die Lage ist natürlich etwas außerhalb des Zentrums und nicht jedermanns Sache. Darüber sollte man sich aber vorher informieren… 2 Metrostationen in ca. 10 bzw. 15 min. Laufdistanz. Supermarkt auch mindestens 9 Minuten Laufdistanz.
