Everything about this place was a plus! High quality space and furniture in a quiet area with lake views, towels and everything available that might be needed on a few days' stay (incl. a dryer). 24-hour reception, tram 41 down the road every 3-5 minutes, metro also nearby. Would recommend.

Tiny water drop leaks from a tube right above the balcony (in a very marginal way, won't hit anyone nor make any sound). 0.0000001 impact on our experience.
