3 bedroom apartment, The Blyde, River Walk Estate, Crystal Lagoon, Pretoria East

When we got the there was no electricity,we had to call the owner to buy some,the apartment was dirty,bed linen was dirty it also had stains,the blankets were smelling too even the towels,there's few utensils,ontop of that there was poor communication from the owner,when you call they do not answer the phone,if you text them they will answer you after 3 hours while you need help urgently,it was the worst experience I've had.

The iron not functional and broken iron board, no frying pan and short utensils. The property is poorly maintained and broken Waldrope. The host careless about the visitors and information is poorly communicated. The last straw was that the electricity was out for 3 hours in the unit as the electricity bill was not paid.

Maintain the unit properly. The host to ask the guest if they are comfortable at the unit and what it is missing. Provide the information about entering the beach and be available when required on the phone at least.

The apartment is big enough for a family of 6. The rooms are big enough. The place is beautiful inside.

We waited for a key more than an hour, eventually got to the apartment and the place was dirty and towels were in the washer wet. The sheets were smelling of humans and had Stains that shows they were used. There were no toilet tissues, they brought four rolls after we already bought on checkers 60. The shower in the guest room doesn't close properly so water overflows when bathing. There are no mats on the bathroom floors.The cleaning lady came the following day to wash the sheets, she was so sweet. It was a mess to be honest and I personally feel like the owner and host must improve on their service and customer care. The host takes her time to respond to texts. Guys am lazy to talk a lot, but all I can say is book at your own risk and mybe you will be lucky and won't experience what we exprenced.
