"Not our 1st stay so very disappointing."

It’s position in Emsworth, price, Cleanliness and quality fixtures and fittings

No sound proofing. We could hear every movement from the room above and were kept awake until gone 1.00a.m by numerous people (including non residents) partying below. No member of staff lives on site and we got no response from kip23 jj’s emergency contact number.

Great stay at the hotel. The location is really good and walkable to lots of places. The check in was very easy. I need to arrange some logistics ahead of time and the hotel was really helpful in sorting and communicating.
