The property is well maintained and central to Emsworth with a short walk to the sea, making it very pleasant .

The front door was warped. Finding it quite hard to get in to the building also the room we had the window faced straight onto the street with no obscured glass therefore had to keep the blind down while getting ready.

Location

Soundproofing. There was a party going on in a room downstairs until very late and we could hear the guests moving about upstairs. Especially disturbing when they left at 8.0am on a Sunday

"Good comfortable room, though a bit pricey for what it is."

It was a quest house, not a hotel, so no staff on site, had to go to the restaurant next door for anything. The rooms were amazing though, all different themes. We had the Versace room, very colourful though the decor was a bit tired looking.

No one site. We let ourselves in with key. Had to go in restaurant next door for anything. Seemed a bit impersonal.
