Location of the apartment is exceptional, right in the middle of the best places to visit as a tourist. You have a nice 2 room apartment with very impressive terrace overlooking the marina with a nice supermarket next block and a lot of options for restaurants and activities nearby.

Basically you are provided with everything you will need for a couple of days of your vacation, including dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and toilet paper.

Laura the host was lovely, very easy check-in and she sent recommendations for restaurants and bars which was super useful! Location is a 10/10 - easy access to everywhere. Very clean and had everything we needed. The best thing is the view from the large balcony - view of the marina and mountains, we loved it! Good value for money.

Just personal preference for us is that we like a double bed - it was two singles pushed together.

Great communication with Laura to arrange meeting at the property. Very spacious apartment, beautiful views, spotlessly clean, well equipped.

If I was to be very picky I’d say beds are a bit hard and strange not to put toilet paper in toilet in such a large modern building.

Tout était très bien, très bien équipé et très confortable.

Le seul hic est la boîte de nuit proche du logement. L'appartement est très bien isolé mais en fin de semaine nous entendons la musique. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour les plus sensibles.

A localização era extraordinária e a comunicação com a Laura também foi incrível. Tornou tudo mais simples. A casa estava bem equipada, máquina de café, torradeira, secador, tinha todos os básicos necessários para passar uns dias fora.

Apenas tivemos dificuldade com as chaves de entrada, o comando e a logística em si não eram as mais simples, mas entendemos que já faça parte do sistema do próprio edifício e que não possam fazer nada quanto a isso. Podia ter mais toalhas logo desde início, a Laura sempre deu essa abertura caso fosse necessário, mas como não quisemos incomodar, acabamos por ficar a perder nesse aspeto.

Gute saubere Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Top Preis-Leistung. Der Balkon ist ein absolutes Highlight, mit mega Ausblick und Sonne am Morgen, Sonnenaufgang inklusive. Die Garage ist direkt im Haus und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.

Die einzige Verbesserung die uns einfällt ist etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit auf dem Balkon, beispielsweise Sitzkissen für die Balkonstühle oder 1-2 Liegestühle um dort gemütlich lesen und verweilen zu können

Super tolle Lage mitten in Funchal. Parken funktioniert super in der Tiefgarage. Das Appartment ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon hat eine tolle Sicht aufs Meer!!!! Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Perfekt beliggenhed. En virkelig dejlig altan med fantastik udsigt og både borde og stole.

Det stemte ikke overens med billederne. Det var slidt. En dør der ikke kunne lukkes rigtigt, Håndtag på skabe der faldt af. Ingen aircondition. Enorm meget larm om aften og natten fra natklubber, som gjorde at man ikke kunne have åbne vinduer. Et badeværelse som ingen udluftning havde og hvor der heller ikke var artikler til at tørrer vand op på gulvet. Er køkken som var meget slidt og uden ret mange køkkenartikler. Lejligheden fremstod slidt, hvilket den ikke gjorde på billederne.
