Beaulieu Park - Sleeps 10 - Chelmsford

Host was extremely helpful and kind at all points. We asked for an early check in as we were going to a wedding and she kindly let us. She was very quick with replying to messages. Lots of space for us all to fit. Great location. Excellent price and value.

No hand towels in the bathrooms. If the message with all the details came through a bit earlier (perhaps when payment was taken) I wouldn't have made the mistake about where to find the pin for the property. However, when I rang Sarah for the pin she was really lovely, and helped me with the pin regardless.

The property was nice and large. The bed was comfy. In a nice location.

The property was not clean. Needs a fresh lick of paint as walls and woodwork were all scuffed and dirty. Carpets were stained and dirty. Bits on the floor. Even a bit of rubbish left on the sidein livingroom. Looked like the whole house needed a good deep clean. Bathroom smelt dirty due to a wet floor matt by the bath that looked like it needed a wash. Had the property been clean, we would have enjoyed our stay.

The property is decorated beautifully and has everything that you need. It’s very spacious with lots of beds, bathrooms and seating areas. The host is exceptionally helpful and provided very clear instructions. She also went above and beyond to provide an item that was missing in the house. Fabulous service! The house is situated in a lovely quiet residential area.

We loved that there was everything we could need. All kitchen appliances, games, Tv accessories ect. The location was 10 min drive from a wedding we attended. The area is quiet and clean. Parking is on road infront of the house. Plenty of room!
