"If Wi-Fi was better it would be a perfect 10"

Very clean and everything you need for a good stay Sarah (host) is very welcoming and having plenty of tea bags coffee sugar milk in the fridge and snacks is a lovely touch

Wi-Fi is the only thing that lets this property down it’s very hit and miss which makes watching television very frustrating as all TVs are internet and buffering is a huge problem

"Exceptional"

Beautifully decorated property that was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds, with a large lounge area which was over our expectations. The TV is huge. Great communications and check in was a breeze and the host accommodating us a earlier check in. Highly recommended

"Excellent stay"

We were attending an event during the day/evening so needed somewhere to stay for the night, this property was excellent for our needs and they even provided some little extras that we wasn't expecting like biscuits/crisps/cake. Would stay here again and would totally recommend.

"Amazing property, beautifully furnished, wish we could of stayed longer"

The location is perfect, for getting and around Chelmsford. The property was huge and very spacious.

There’s nothing we didn’t like, you can hear the road noise, especially when hot and having the windows open. But we was aware of this prior.

We loved how roomy it was, and it was spotless. Loved the cinema room . It was a lovely surprise to have the cake and biscuits they where much appreciated.

There wasn't really we didn't like, however, it might have been nice to have had a fan in the bedroom as it got very hot over night, so we did have a bit of trouble sleeping. other than that it was all good.
