The location was good, the host was communicative, and the view from the window and building itself were quite nice.

It was very dirty. The linens were discoloured and the pillows smelled really bad. On the first night, I ended up using my towels as a pillow and blanket. The paint on the walls were peeling and stained. The water heater didn't work. The wifi didn't work.

The staff and owner is very responsive, the place is accessible to convenient stores and known establishments. Unit is also well maintained and clean. We’d love to rebook again on our next trip.

Location was perfect. Near a convenient store (sari sari store) and 711. Basic kitchen tools and amenities were provided for a quick meal prep as going up and down the road of Baguio to buy food is challenging🤣.

We had a bit of a problem contacting the front desk for queries and concerns. Good thing the owners promptly respond to our messages.

We stayed in the unit for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The unit was equipped with complete necessities, including a heater, microwave, small refrigerator, and electric stove, which made it ideal for a longer stay. The location was also excellent—just a short distance from Burnham Park, restaurants, and nearby stores.

One suggestion for improvement would be to include some cleaning materials and toiletries for added convenience.
