Location is very accessible to tourist spots

-Too minimalist -water heater only works for a few seconds (5-10 seconds) then the water will be cold again. -Ventilation

The room is clean and have a hot shower

We couldn't use the wifi that the host had to offer Some cooking utensils are not usable There was a wedding party in this building and we couldn't stay quiet.

Expectations vs. Reality. The staff are good. The room is smell like old i dont know actually what smell it is. We just not expecting that our room is quite masikip and merong hagdaan which is yun yung higaan sa taas sya . Not convenient for those customer that old na. Their ketchen is good theres no extra adaptor lang for microwave. The bathroom theres no tissue. The view, theres no view.

The location is of the hotel/staycation is peaceful, accessible/walking distance to most tourist spots. Have utensils to use and the OVEEENNN thank you so much!!

The cabinets kinda smells. No curtains, much better to add next time for privacy of the guests. The hot shower restarts every time you off the faucet even tho the heater is still on or in max. No broom available, had to borrow from the hotel staff.

We loved the unit it's good that it's a loft type especially if you're a group traveler. The beds were comfy and the bidet was new to us. We also loved that it's near Burnham we managed to do our morning strolls and late night walks. The unit was clean since we arrived an hour early before the check in time, and we saw that they were cleaning it.

A sheer curtain would be nice since the windows are big and to lessen the creepy vibes it gives at night. And the way to get there is tiring! It's steep enough to semi crawl lol but it's okay we just ride taxis whenever we can.

no fridge, since it's so chilly at night, make sure you bring enough sweaters to warm yourself inside the apartment because there are not enough blankets for 4pax, and there are barely enough pillows too. The rice cooker is not working, and there is no curtain in the apartment which makes it uncomfortable to change especially since we are all ladies. I stayed in the same property last year, ( a different condo, different owner ) and I had a great experience.
