Lage ist für alle Unternehmungen sehr Zentral, bei Anreise mit dem Auto empfielt es sich, eine Buchung in öffentlichen Parkgaragen Bsp. Paseo im Voraus mit zu reservieren. In 10 min. Ist man am Parhaus oder an der Kathedrale. Rundherum gibt es genügend Bars, Caffees, Restaurants, alles kurze Wege.

Klimaanlage muss laufen, da es ansonsten zu warm wird in der Wohnung im September bei Temp. von 38°.

The apartment was good equipped, very clean. Location is great, shop is just next door. Restaurants are just next door too. A lot of stuff to watch around. Host is very friendly. The city is very beautiful, I was happy to spend my holidays there.

Well presented and tastefully furnished apartment in very convenient location for both the principal sights in the old town and the lively district of Triana across the river. Very well organised and appointed kitchenette. Spacious bathroom with good shower. Comfortable bed with good clothes storage facilities in bedroom. Efficient and unobtrusive air conditioning system. Several Juliet balcony doors provide good levels of natural lighting (and ventilation if preferred to air conditioning). It was generally very quiet within the apartment during the night, despite its relatively central location. Friendly, welcoming and helpful host who met me at the flat to hand over the keys to the apartment, anticipating my earlier arrival than the time I’d originally stated. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would happily return.

Occasional slight fluctuations in water temperature noted when using shower.

Perfect location in a busy part of the city. Surprisingly quiet. Accommodation offers everything you need and more.

Apartment was in a great location for visiting all of Seville’s attractions. Everything was in walking difference and there was a Carrefour Express in the same road a minute away. The apartment was bright, modern and clean. There was a fully equipped kitchen was including dishwasher and washing machine! (not that we used it as only there for five days but a nice addition to have for people staying longer). Good sized bedroom with plenty of wardrobe storage. We had very good communication with the host who was very quick to respond to any messages regarding check in and when leaving the property. Overall a great property to stay in whilst visiting the lovely city of Seville.

The apartment is very large and modern, with washer for laundry and dishwasher, located in a central part of Seville.

The pull out sofa, tipped the whole couch and folded me up inside.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great part of the city, close to many of the places to see when visiting Seville. Opening the French doors relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine was a highlight, before a short walk to so many lovely restaurants nearby. The apartment is beautifully furnished, a great walk in shower and a comfortable bed.

A fantastic apartment in the heart of the Old part of Seville. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Juan is a fantastic host. He gave us lots of information about the area. We would definitely come back to this apartment.

This place was super clean & tidy. Felt very welcomed by owner. Appreciated the little touches of having coffee, water etc. available. Great location - lots of restaurants on the same street and a small grocery store is also only steps away. Location is also close to many of the major sites - so glad we choose to stay here. Highly recommend!
