All very good, lovely flat, lots of attention to detail, all catered for with immaculate detailed, very comfortable, loved our stay xxx

Everything- we could comfortably move into and live in the apartment. The location is brilliant- great traditional Tapas bars in the street; lovely outlook from all the windows; great triple glazing for sound reduction; (if needed by some people) Lovely modern bathroom which had a great homely feel and made you feel instantly relaxed- shower brilliant. I'd say the best place we have stayed in anywhere. Cant wait to go back- would highly recommend.

The apartment was in a fabulous location, close to shops, restaurants and historical sites. A very comfortable bed, immaculately clean, plenty of facilities dishwasher and washing machine if needed. Hosts were extremely helpful would highly recommend.

The perfect size and location for a couple, light and airy and probably the cleanest apartment we have ever seen. Nicely appointed too - thoughtful, stylish and comfortable with quality furniture. Superb shower and fast wi-fi. We immediately felt at home. A lovely neighbourhood too.

The location of the apartment was perfect. What you see in the photos corresponds to reality and not often can you tell. The owner is very friendly. We really enjoyed it! The apartment is located in a very central location (Very close to the BullRing) and everything is within walking distance (5mins to Cathedral and Alcazar). The furniture and the apartment is new, well designed, well equipped and very clean. Bathroom too is clean, well equipped with basic toiletries and with a good sized shower that has excellent pressure. Also, the apartment has excellent modern air conditioning, along with double glazing to insulate from the noise of the street below. Moreover, there are contemporary black-out roller shutters to further insulate from the noise and light. Overall, what you see in the photos corresponds to reality and I would happily recommend to a sole traveller or couple. Oh, and the owner is very nice and helpful, and responds very quickly via text. :)

To be picky, I'd say the 'bing' of the building lift as it arrives on each floor is a little loud and does travel through the building. Maybe the owners of the apartments can request this to be quietened. However, since the building is relatively small (Only 3 floors), the lift is not used very frequently.

New apartment with large dimensions and plenty of natural light. Beautiful comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with plenty of storage and enough hangers for all of our clothes. Friendly host who answered any questions and offered us a guidebook. This is the best place we've stayed in years.

This was the most perfect place we stayed in our entire Portugal and Spain trip. I cannot overstate how beautifully it is designed and located. There is ample space to unpack and store everything including plenty of space in the bathroom. The apartment was well stocked with everything we need, including full coffee supplies. Jose was responsive when we found we could not turn on the hot plate. He fixed the same day and left us chocolates as an apology which was unnecessary but sweet. There is a handy little market two doors away. The cathedral and bull ring are within 10 minutes walk and the location is absolutely perfect. While the location is sometimes noisy, the windows are so soundproof you would never know it. There are blackout/sound blinds in the bedroom too. There is a lift. A few things took figuring out but that was minor. We adored staying here and highly recommend it.
