Victorian House with 4 Bedrooms 9 Beds 13 Guests 2 Bathrooms Parking

The property was very big with many bedrooms to chose from. It has 3 bathrooms. One was an en suite, one had a bath and shower and then the other was just a toilet. I liked the fact that the house has a code to enter rather than a key, very convenient for a big group.

The living room area is more of a kitchenette. It’s quite far away from the town centre, around a 25 min walk. The parking is very tight to get to and there isn’t much available.

Lovely furnishing and very well presented.

We loved the spaciousness of the top floor and bed were laid out with lots of space and options to sleep. Parking was also adequate and safe

Don't normally write a comment and I am not complaning but thought it wise to let you know. The pictures on website are slightly misleading. The kitchen area backing off to the garden was blocked off as such there was only a small front room which served as a living room and kitchen.which was not adequately accommodating for 9 adults and 2 kids. The windows either could not open or close properly. The radiator in living room fell off the wall as my elderly mom placed her hand on it to help lift herself from the chair.I have texted the owner to make them aware and have sent pictures. Both me and my husband have always booked with booking.com and will continue to do so, we appreciate your support and website info.Thank you .

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay , spacious and clean

Location perfect as we have family living nearby. Beds and bathrooms comfortable and clean, although rubbish from prior guests in fridge and bathroom.

The property description is not accurate. Pictures show large living and kitchen facilities with dishwasher. This is not correct. The only living room has one sofa for 3 people and a bed settee for 3 more. It's also not a living room but actually a multifunction living bedroom kitchenette - the only kitchen facility you actually get. Living and kitchen facilities completely inadequate for the amount of guest accommodation. We had to eat main meals out as a result. Advertised on site parking only for the brave in a small vehicle. Fridge and bathroom contained rubbish from prior guests.

Large house with plenty of space and sufficient beds. Also the shower was very good. Very good coffee place within 200 metres of the house.

The house is situated at a very busy road, so there is plenty of noise during most of the day. The house itself is not cosy at all only functional. Worst element is that house is not the same as on the pictures, the kitchen is completely different and has no dishwasher. There is no way out of the house on the back. The kitchen is basically like cooking on a camping with a roof.

It was convenient. Had everything we needed, a lot of space and good facilities like an iron, kettle etc. just what we needed before a weekend at the Regatta.

To get to the parking spaces it’s super super tight.
