Everything..but best have been the house location ...side on the holiday park. Was very calm ..and nice clear grass behind the house ... the wiev through the glass wall to the natural..wonderful. definitely gonns be going back

Lovely caravan, was clean and had a spacious sitting area. The back was facing the fields so was in a very good location in the Holiday park. 10min driver from clacton on sea pier, very good location.

No wifi. Could have done with AC or a fan as it can get very humid as soon as you close the windows.

Closeness to the beach and close by entertainment/bar/restaurant. Initial problem with the boiler but very quickly sorted by security. Nice large bedroom and king-size bed. Lovely to have 2 toilets. Nice size sitting room. Could benefit from a smart TV and mobile WiFi box.

Very muddy outside, wooden step stones didn't work as mud seeped up/ through them then travelled into the caravan and car. Odd musty smell in the caravan, did fade by day 2 but still noticeable. Kitchen ware needed a good clean, deep clean may be necessary a couple of times a year. Old winegum sweets found at the back of the sofa cushions, could have been choking hazard for our toddler.

Comfortable with all what it needed.

Not very flexible with check in/out. To change it it cost to much extra. Not very close to the beach, or at least we couldn’t find the quickest way way
