The caravan itself was nice (the bathrooms, the kitchen, the decking etc)

The area the caravan/ holiday park is situated is horrendous. It would benefit from not being there at all and somewhere that isn’t so run down. Bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point where we slept on the sofa for our second night (not even on the sofa bed because that was also ridiculously uncomfortable)

The holiday home is situated very close to the main parks entertainment and facilities. The caravan is very well laid out with a real 'homely' feel with a lot of personal touches. The double doors that open out to the decking was lovely and was made full use of in the mornings and late evenings. Ample cupboard space in both the kitchen and the bedrooms for a long stay. Electric fire in the living area pumped out great heat on chilly evenings, The second bedroom was extremely small and really only suitable for children, but this is common for caravans. Overall a lovely caravan, good location on site (when you find it!) and a lovely getaway.

Finding the caravan was hard as there is no site map upon entering the park and the various caravan avenues have no clear signage!! If you arrive when it gets dark you will definitely struggle to locate the caravan! Asked loads of people to help with the location but no-one could help either so it turned into a challenge to locate !! The constant drip from the shower was irritating at night when trying to sleep but thats a small gripe with the overall standard of the caravan. Keys were in a lockbox outside but only one set provided which wasn't ideal as our other family members had 2 sets provided at their privately rented accommodation onsite. On site costs were excessive which is not 2cHolidays fault but did increase the overall cost significantly. Park passes are needed to access the onsite facilities at a cost of £12.50 per adult and £10 per child so needs to be taken into consideration when costing your holiday. The onsite bingo costs were overpriced at £28 per person!!! Even though we visited for a weekend in July 2023 the onsite burger and fast food outlets were closed as where the onsite doughnut and sweet outlet which is strange considering the time we visited! Cost of Segways were £15 per person for 30 minutes but had to be accompanied by a park member of staff. We went out to the other park sites that you can use, the arcade and facilities were better and more plentiful at the Seawick site and our three 12 year olds spent most the days there. Not as much entertainment for the time of year as other holiday parks we have visited. All the people we met both visitors and staff were all friendly (excluding the reception staff who were less keen to help when they know you booked your holiday rental privately.

Location was perfect just right for a peaceful break

It was clear no-one has cleaned properly many many cobwebs outside and in kitchen at the bottom I myself am a cleaning supervisor and my site alone which is a whole massive mall would fail due to cobwebs alone. Whoever cleans does bare minimum. Even the cooker top was covered in dust so that needs looking into

Outside of the caravan could do with cleaning as a lot of bird dropping and cobwebs
