We have a great time here right in center of old Monopoli. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation especially the jacuzzi, and the host was super nice. Thanks Patrizia for a wonderful stay❤️

Such a nice, clean, comfortable, place to stay, and nicely decorated. The host was very attentive and kind, and particularly helpful with providing information about the area and even called me a taxi when I was ready to leave. Beautiful rooftop terrace with a washing machine and a private sitting area that was wonderful to have. Very comfortable bed. Well located near the edge in old town but very near town piazza and the very walkable town to grocery, pharmacy, and great restaurants. I absolutely loved my stay there.

Amazing location, super kind and responsive hosts, and very clean place. The amenities such as the terrace and the spa area help to make it special. We also enjoyed being able to wash clothes midway through our, which would dry overnight.

If steps are an issue, the place could be a challenge. The toilet is 2 floors down from the main bedroom.

It’s rare a property looks exactly like the photos but this one did! Fabulous throughout and immaculately clean. All the home comforts we needed for our 12 night stay and the washing machine was a useful addition. Hosts were great and made some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. I would highly recommend Casa Perricci.
