Casa Perrici is the definition of perfect! :) Location: Located in the heart of the historical part of Monopoli, staying in casa Pericci will make you feel like a local. Plenty of restaurants to choose from on 2-3 min walking distance. 15 min away by foot from the train station Apartment: The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were staying with our toddler (3y) and didn’t miss anything. There is an astonishing rooftop where you can enjoy the stars and last but not least a great hot tub which will help you relax after the busy day Parking: This is the historical city. Don’t expect to park in front of the place. There is 3-4 min public parking for free (need to find a spot, white markers) Hosts: The hosts are astonishing, friendly and heart welcoming people who made us feel like home

Lovely modern apartment. Great hosts - thanks Patrizia and David. David collected us form the train station - much appreciated. The apartment had everything! Cooker, kettle, coffee machine, all cutlery, iron etc! Really handy roof terrace - a little sun trap and perfect in the evening. Very clean and everything was well thought of. Location is ideal- a quiet but beautiful street that within 1 minute in either direction has loads of places to eat. Train station is an easy 10 minute walk away too.

Important to note the steps- not ideal for anyone with kids or mobility issues. Not a problem for us though. One thing to note - not of the property but the town itself. All accommodation for Monopoli is well above average. Way more than Ostuni and even more than Lake Como last year. This place was good value and many properties not as good were even more expensive - but Monopoli is likely to price itself out of favour I'd imagine.

David and Patrizia were such amazing hosts with with early and detailed communication. Lots of tips. The place is very new and clean inside. Historic old building that has been done up well on all levels and v nice rooftop to sun in. Would strongly reccomend this stay. Thank you guys!!

Everything was perfect and the house/apartment is in a great location in the centre of the old town in Monopoli. The house has newly been renovated and there is a very nice space on the rooftop where we could enjoy our breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Patrizia and her husband was very welcoming, they picked us up at the train station and made us feel at home right away. This is the ideal place to stay in Monopoli for exploring Puglia. We hope to come back one day again.
