F04 Dawlish Sands 4 bedroom 8 berth static

The caravan was in a lovely location, close to everything we needed. The site was clean and the staff were very friendly. Jack the owner, answered all of my questions and was so helpful. We really enjoyed our family stay and would definitely come back!

The only negative we have is the rain as we came on a rainy weekend. There was so much to do and the accommodation was so lovely, it didn't spoil our time at all

Lovely caravan, lucky to find a 4 bedroom caravan, had everything you could need. Nice base to explore the local area. Clubhouse (staff were amazing), swimming pool, was nice, and all staff on site were talkative and friendly. Caravan was lovely and clean with tv and heating. Tv had netflix. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of places to eat, boathouse was nice, dawlish chippy would probably avoid. Little pastry shop was very nice for morning choc au pains. Also nice walk to Dawlish and trains are atleast every hour (got train back) Dawlish has a nice pizza shop next to river. Dawlish Warren has everything you could need, small fair, go karts, hot donuts, lots of ice cream shops. And you can hire sun loungers and sun umbrellas £4 plus (£1 deposit) each. Beach has golden sand and shallow enough for the little ones even at low tide. With lifeboat shows every wed? So this caravan couldn't be better placed for a nice get away, about 10 min walk from beach. Host communication was fantastic. (Had just been to a air bnb that wasn't real, so this really reassured me) Thank you for letting us use your caravan.

Nothing the socket was poor door was warped window latches broke. bedroom damp light pullies to short shower was awful slippery no mat in there very old van need some tlc best part was decking

Everything really mattress stained really bad in bedroom no mattress protector

I liked it had WiFi kids were happy. And the caravan was on the quiet flat park.

The caravan door has dropped so struggled to lock etc but didnt effect stay

Lovely van. Great outside space. 4 bedrooms. TV was easy to use with lots of different channels. Free WIFI was apreciated. Small, but clean and comfortable beds . Nice to have T-towels, dish cloths, bin bags and washing up liquid, and some cleaning supplies.

Only 1 electric plug in each double room and none in the single rooms. Could have done with a few more pillows. Would have liked some serving plates and dishes.
