ROUTE 64 MONOPOLI - EAST - Historic Center

- the host was very friendly, even if we didn't see him in person - the earlier check in was possible without extra fee. We appreciated it very much. - the communication per WhatsApp was very easy - the host gave us some interesting advices about restaurants etc. - great location in the heart of the old town center / only 15 (max 20) min walk to the train station - fabulous view from the both two cute balconies on the old town street and old town skyline - perfect sound isolation: with closed windows you hear nothing from the street - we didn't use the kitchen equipment, cause we ate outside, but it seems that all basic things were available - good internet connection - easy check in and check out

- unfortunately, because of the smell of the dampness in the apartment, especially in the bedroom (there are even big stains on the ceiling), we must sleep with the open window in November at night. So, for the people with the allergy it could be an issue, as it was unfortunately for my mother. - stairs were ok for us

Great location, really felt like we couldn’t get any closer to the action! Amazing how sound proofing the windows/doors are. Great balcony to sit on and people watch.

The house is located in the center of Monopoli old town. Though the town is noisy given lots of people coming in, but the house prevents noise solutions! Very great quality. Nico is very welcomed and provided lots of recommendation. The house is clean. Has 2 balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. A nice place to experience the italian way of living.

Location is what this apartment is worth for.

The apartment is very shaby and definetly needs urgent renovation. The shower in the bathroom needs replacement, since it leaks on all sides. Laminate flooring in kitchen/ dinning room is probably distroied by water. But all this could be ok if the apartment was properly cleaned before our check in. Pitty, that something on such a great location like this is not properly maintained.

Not far if carrying hand carry from the station, but would be tricky with large bags. Quite small but OK for two nights. New double glazed doors to street were fantastic and cut out sound other than rubbish collection. Made a huge difference as on very loud and busy street. Good sized bed. Bathroom spotless but in need of better shower. Did have a fan which was good. WiFi very good.

Great place in the middle of the old town. Among the restaurants and cafes. You are simply in the center of this history.

Steep stairs to apartment.

Our experience in Monopoli was exceptional choosing to stay here, which is why we extended our stay by one more night. The location is excellent, feeling at the same time the vibe of the city. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the stay and the host is wonderful, always answering our questions and giving us all the information necessary for a successful stay.

Location! If Monopoli was a human body, that place would be the heart of it! You CANNOT get a better location than Route 64! Nico, the owner is by far the best host I ever had in my life. Ask him about the secret restaurant in Putignano...

Stairs!!! Oh man, I am a big guy, stairs and me are natural enemies! But hey, the place is incredible apart from the stairs.
