Everything from start to finish. Nico is such a wonderful host with all the informations making sure everything is covered and giving us loads of recommendations. The apartment is literally in the middle of Monopoli old town where all the actions are happening. The street is so alive but not wild. The balconies of the apartment is amazing where you can sit at night and watch everyone walking up and down the street. The street is full of amazing restaurants. The apartment has a good sound proofing so noise is not an issue. There's a bakery about a min walk where you can get the most fresh croissants and there few restaurants open early in the morning if you prefer to have your espresso/coffee/pastry outside. The public beach is less than 5 mins walk. Overall,we(family of 4) are very happy and satisfied with our stay in Route 64, and if we will be back in Monopoli which we love,we will definitely stay here again.

Nico was a great host for our family trip to Monopoli! He gave us great recommendations and was always available for questions/ checked in on how things were going. The location of the apartment was excellent. Right in the hub of activity, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, beaches and the train station. The apartment was cosy for four people but had everything we needed for a relaxing stay 😊 Thank you so much Nico!

I highly recommend this place. It is located in the heart of the Old Town of Monopoli at a beautiful street. Nicolas the host was very helpful and supported us in everything. Definitely choose this place!
