HRG Hurghada Aparthotel Aqua park A100 - By MAMO Property

The apartment by itself was very good, sea beach was near, just 100m and main swimming pool just next to us. It was mostly everything you need in apartment, all was working, so we felt ourselves as at home. Mister Mahmood was very nice owner and provided us with everything we need, so our holidays were brilliant!

I can't tell you anything bad about apartment - it was very nice. I'll tell a few words about Mirage Bay - the place where apartment is in. So Mirage doesn't have any nice cafés or restaurants, better go to the town or other places. Also most of facilities in Mirage Bay are old, so they'd better invest something in it.

The location is near the airport and the center of the city, it’s mid way

The main aqua park was under maintenance the whole time, the small one is working only 2 hours per day so the traffic of people on it is absurd. The chalet was not clean, the carpets have a lot of food crumbs, no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, no dishwashing soap or sponge. The chalet is on 3rd floor & the sink is too tall so it was not kids friendly for my daughter at all. There’s a 7 minute walking to the gate at the street, since uber is not allowed to enter the compound for chalet rentals, only if you’re booked at the hotel. There’s no supermarket near the area, all the markets there don’t have anything and they charge you triple the price for some old snacks near expiry. All the pools were filthy dirty and the beach is rocky and the water is not as clear as in the pictures!

Si ont prend pas la formule all . Impossible de manger dans un restaurant même en voulant payer, personnels désagréable ! Nous avons donc dû porter un bebe pendant 45 minutes car rien à proximité. Les photos ne corresponde pas au lieu , ont se croirait dans un lieu abandonné . Ne vous faites pas avoir . Même les transats sont cassés ! L’hôtel est vide !!!

It is hard to find something I liked, I guess the price.

The place was dirty, unkept, the sheet were not clean, they o lying provided small hand towels, when we asked for bath towels, they replied it was not a hotel and that was all they had. The sea was full of jellyfish and hardly anyone dared to go in. The pool was freezing.

Place was lovely. Mr Mahmoud and Mr Mohammed were really helpful and promptly responding. The apartment was very close to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
