Apartment location on first floor was a bit of guess work as no apartment Numbers on door. Had to guess between 3 doors on first floor. It was the only white door to be honest.
ZAThe property is situated within a walking distance from the cruise terminal and is ideal for staying overnight before boarding a cruise. It is also very spacious and well-maintained. We enjoyed the convenience!

It was a little tricky figuring out which apartment as there are no numbers on the doors.

Access to the property. A neighbour had to come and open the front door for us. One inside we couldn’t locate the apartment. It wasn’t numbered. We tried to open the wrong flat which must have been really scary for the occupants.

Yes, the apartment appears to be newly refurbished, but don’t be fooled. It is poorly maintained, and the management company, Blue Motion Properties, operates in an extremely unprofessional and manipulative manner. I would never recommend anyone book through them. My experience started off terribly. On the morning of my trip, while I was already at the airport, I was informed, last minute, that the 2-bedroom apartment I had booked was suddenly unavailable due to an “electrical issue.” Instead, they downgraded me to a much smaller 1-bedroom unit. This was clearly planned, as they noticed I was traveling alone and assumed I’d just accept it. With no time to arrange alternatives, I had no choice but to go along with it. I felt completely cornered and taken advantage of. The replacement apartment was nowhere near acceptable: The jacuzzi was non-functional, with cold water that never heated. The bedroom had no sheets, and the duvet was bare with nothing to cover it. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work, so I had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. This wasn’t just inconvenient, it was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I raised these issues, Blue Motion Properties were unresponsive and dismissive. I submitted a complaint and still received no follow-up or support. To make matters worse, their airport pickup service was another disaster. I paid €65 for a transfer from Athens Airport to the apartment. I ended up waiting 45 minutes, receiving several unclear messages instructing me to “go here” or “meet the driver there” in a totally unfamiliar airport. There was no proper pickup arrangement, no driver at the waiting area like a normal transfer service. For the same price—or even less—I could have taken a taxi, which would have been much quicker and more reliable. In short, while the property may look good in pictures, the actual condition, management, and experience were the worst I've ever encountered using Booking.com.
