Very disappointing. Said I could check in a bit early and when I arrived the cleaner was still there and we had to wait outside. There were no covers on the duvet and when I asked for them they said they didn’t have any(?!) eventually three hours later and after many messages someone came with some after I pushed. There is no chopping board, knife, or any staples you might want (but there is a giant wine fridge?!) no instructions how to use the hot water (you have to turn a switch on manually). Location fine for getting to the port the next day.

Beautiful property. Easy to find and next to transportation, port and things to do. Perfect for when traveling to the area for a cruise.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and provides a good value for the price. The bed was comfortable and everything in the apartment looks new and modern. It as a nice kitchen which I didn't use and a smart TV for entertainment, as well as a balcony. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a convenient location for people like me who have a connection in Piraeus as it's not too far from the harbour. I took the opportunity to visit the city which was great. From the apartment you can discover the city by foot.

The communication with the hosts was poor, almost absent. I messaged via the app 2 days before my check in to request the possibility of having an early check-in as I arrived in town by ferry at 6 am, but haven't received any reply. 1 day before, I sent another message on WhatsApp, then on the day I tried to reach all the "emergency" contacts via phone but no one ever picked up nor replied to my messages to be nor to Booking support service. Eventually, I received on the day the automatic message with the code to collect the key so I went back and left my bags in the apartment while it was getting ready for check in. It's just a shame that I have been informed only after arriving that early check-in wasn't available. Eventually, things turned out well, but it would have been nice to receive a reply before the check-in day. By getting an accommodation on Booking.com, I was expecting an apartment in a residence with a lobby to avoid this kind of situation, and to be able to leave my luggage. But this unit is more managed like on Airbnb with a key box, so just be aware of that. As long as you know it, things should be fine. Other thing, we can hear the noise from the streets and dogs barking, so I recommend you get earplugs if you are sensitive. Hot water was running a bit low. Wifi connection was really bad, so I won't recommend it for someone working remotely. I didn't bother contacting the hosts regarding this issue as I was staying only for a night and they tend to not reply to messages. One small blanket only provided for a 2 bedroom apartment. I found only one remote working for the 3 AC unit. Finally, I recommend hosts to add signage on the unit doors as they have several units in the same floor, I was trying to open the wrong unit with my key for 5 minutes, until I found out there is another apartment at this level.

Perfect location if you take the ferry to any island of Greece! Very comfortable apartment & has everything you need. 10 mins walk to the metro !
