Very quiet Close to Hay-on-Wye Easy parking Modern We had a very relaxing time, easy to access and comfortable for 6 people. Would definitely come back again.

No Clothes drier - there was a Clothes rack though. No Tea towels

Location lovely. A great house with lots of room, modern decor and comfortable beds.

I spoke to the host about a couple of issues as they occurred and they were quickly and reasonably rectified. I have no dislikes.
