Good Location, good sized bedrooms, well equipped apartment

Door frame in the bathroom needed a little work as looked like the wood had started to rot and paintwork was peeling

Location was fab. Apartment was clean and spacious .

No air con in the bedrooms. And the code for main door didn't always work

Great location to beaches, bars and shops.

I don’t really know where to begin with this apartment. I’ll start with a positive that the location was absolutely perfect for us. Couldn’t really get much closer to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants very close. However… I have a list of problems that put a slight negative on our holiday. 1. Didn’t get the keys till 1630 but landed at 0930. Checkout is at 11am so I don’t know why it needs to be so late to check in. 2. Cockroaches/other bugs all over the apartment. Made sure not to leave any food out but they still appeared everywhere. 3. 1 mirror located in the bathroom for a family of 6 people isn’t enough! 4. Towels were cheap and left you covered in fluff. 5. No air conditioning in the bedrooms (so hot). 6. Don’t use bathroom sink unit the draw just falls off. 7. The Bday isn’t plumbed in properly and pours out all over the floor. 8. Shower leaks as the curtain is too long and floods the bathroom. 9. Twin bedrooms light is like being at a rave and flickers constantly. 10. Woodwork around the house is damp/falling off due to water damage. 11. No side tables or lamps in the two smaller rooms.

The location was okay, close to the beach

We had to get the keys from a different location which was tricky with a 1am arriving flight, they gave us the wrong code to get the keys, it was hard to find the apartment in the complex, cockroaches everywhere in there( photos are only of the small ones I killed, my friends killed more ) alot more were there and bigger ones, no aircon in bedrooms and lack of fans in every bedroom, shutters were broken so was hard to keep the sunlight out. It was okay if you're out of there all day and night and just sleep there. But do not book this if you're a couple or want to spend time in the apartment or use the kitchen.

Absolutely loved how close to the beach the apartment was

Didn't like the walk from the office to collect the keys it's a good 15 minute walk if you know the way, double that if you don't. Not a good walk for the elderly or people with knee trouble like one of our group.

Everything about the stay was outstanding. The communication with Benidorm Booking was so easy. The staff were fantastic. The room itself was just towards the Old Town so accessible for the busy night life jut just next to the absolutely beautiful old town. The apartment was huge! 3 double bedrooms. 2 bedrooms had double beds. 1 bedroom had 2 singles. Everything was so clean. Whether you’re wanting somewhere to stay with a family or if you’re going for any reason this will tick the box.

The only one negative and this is being picky is the clip holding the shower head in place was broken. Probably a 10 minute job, which I’ve no doubt will be sorted.
