I'm a disabled lady travelling with my husband ( we are in our mid 70's ) & 51 year old disabled son, my son & I have very poor limited mobility.. We asked if we could get into property earlier than 4.30pm as we land at 12.15 pm & would be at Benidorm office by 1.30pm we were told yes it it was ready and to go to the office to book in & leave credit card info for security bond €200, I phoned office on our way to Benidorm in a taxi & was told the cleaner would be contacted to check it was ready when we got there, at office your agent phoned cleaner & said Tugar at would be ready in a hour or by 3pm & cleaner would send me a code for keysafe at office, we NEVER got that message & we understand Spanish & it was clear to us & the conversation was they'll have to wait until 4.30pm when office re-opened, the man showed my husband how to unlock keysafe at office, so because we had to collect keys from there- I had to hire a scooter to get to office & the man laughed at me when I asked why I had not received text message with code for the keysafe and said he didn't say the key's would be in keysafe before 4.30 pm, we are Furious is THIS how you treat the elderly and disabled, there are keysafes outside the Tugar D-1-3., why couldn't the keys be put in there if the cleaner was in the apartment cleaning at 1.30 pm when your agent phoned her, or like other guests given a code for entrance at least. We were then told we would have to return the keys to the office letterbox on our way to the airport on departure day, why ?? We eventually got office to agree we'd leave keys on apartment table. We left the apartment extremely clean, my husband stripped the beds & mopped all floors etc. What is your response to this matter we'd love to hear from you.My email address is brendafollett@yahoo.co.uk, please let us have your response on this matter. clean good location but unfortunately they regretted to inform us of building site opposite having already cancelled another for this reason, we came for a break and we’re woken up every day except Sunday with dust & noise also took £200 deposit in office which was never discussed in email or otherwise

Building site directly opposite apartment balcony work started at 8 each morning my child was unable to have his nap time due to drilling , concrete being dug , trucks in and out we where made to feel very uncomfortable by workmen on the site as we entered or exited the property we couldn't use balcony as workmen where looking up shouting whistling this made me extremely uncomfortable especially as I had my 2 year old son with me

Apartment was lovely, clean and great location

Can not be more central, just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Just near old town, but without noisy night life just near the building (but unfortunately it doesn’t matter, see below).

As for summer 2022 it is huge construction yard just opposite the window. Extremely noisy from the early morning till 18:00 at the evening. Another surprise was big “official” trash collection point, just near the window, and it is not only looks not aesthetically, it is huge noisy trash collection car come here every night at 3a.m. to collect it
