The property seemed very clean and everybody that worked there was very friendly. Although I was told we had a private property. So I guess it’s a timeshare sorting thing maybe…

We were so upset after booking when I received an email stating that we owed about close to another $300 in hidden fees after paying almost 400 already. It really said taxes and total was almost for $100 which was completely misleading and we felt like we were scammed.

Great rooftop bar and pool area. Rooms were clean and organized. Great location, 2 min walk to the beach. Included beach chairs daily (umbrella was extra, ~20$ daily). Staff were easy to reach and helpful overall.

A few extra fees (though these were explained in the listing) such as facilities fee, beach equipment, etc. Can't bring your own food or drinks to the rooftop pool so forced to pay for their alcohol and food up there. Only one day with free linens exchange. Refrigerator/freezer is pretty small.

"NO VOLVEREMOS A PESAR DE LA UBICACION"

La ubicación es bueno pero sinceramente no volveré mas ahi, cobran los extras excesivos el parking es terrible diariamente al igual que el extra por resort

aunque la habitación tenia un desperfecto en las tuberías, fue horrible dos noches sin dormir, y de paso mandan al personal de mantenimiento terrible que la quieren tomar por boba cuando se le hizo el reclamo, fue tanta mi insistencia que enviaron a otra persona de manteamiento quien si resolvió el problema cambiando la habitación a la altas hora de la noche y al personal online que estaba pendiente, por que se hubiese sido por el hotel terrible la atención, estuvimos parte de luna de miel, y no fue nada agradable, de paso lo malo de esto es que te cobran un extra de un resort para usar sillas e la playa y en la piscina, que por el tiempo nunca se pudo usar que fueron un extra 250,00 dólares
