310 Great location in Las Americas, Sea Front!

As a man of 76 years old they asked me to check in online which i couldn't do. Then they asked me to pay a 150 euro deposit which i wasn't told about, wasn't in the terms and conditions when I booked. Won't stay in that flat again. Ive stayed in eldarado over 30 times and never had this issue before.

Il complesso di appartamenti era molto bello ed attrezzato, l’appartamento era carino, abbastanza accogliente ma sicuramente ci sono cose da migliorare.

Il letto era molto duro e la pulizia non al top. La vasca era abbastanza scomoda, sarebbe stata meglio una doccia. La comunicazione con l’host è stata quasi assente.

After making my booking, the host asked me to go to another platform to complete the booking details. On that platform, I was required to pay a €150 security deposit and was told that without paying it, I would not receive the access code for the apartment. Even though I had already paid for my stay, the host insisted that we communicate only via WhatsApp instead of through the Booking.com messaging system. I agreed because I needed to check in, but this made me feel uncomfortable as I normally rely on Booking.com for safety and traceability. When I tried to pay the deposit, my bank blocked the transaction for security reasons since the payment website was unfamiliar. I contacted the host several times, but he barely responded or offered any solution, even though I explained that I was already in Spain and sent him screenshots showing that the deposit transaction had been canceled on his platform. I had to call my bank back home to resolve the issue myself. Meanwhile, my parents and I were stressed because the stay was already paid for, yet the host kept saying “I can’t help you” and then stopped replying on WhatsApp. Once at the residence, I found there was a reception, and I explained the situation to them. It would have been possible, for example, to leave the deposit in cash or get some assistance in place or other solution Overall, the experience caused a lot of stress during what was supposed to be a vacation. The deposit website didn’t seem very secure, and it’s understandable that international cards might block the payment. Additionally, one morning the internet stopped working, and again, the host barely replied or helped. I had to solve the issue on my own. After my stay, the host confirmed that he had released the deposit, but even after one month, I still haven’t received the refund. I do not recommend this host. Communication was poor, he provided little to no assistance when issues arose, and overall it felt like he didn’t care about his guests

La ubicación, cerca de donde quería

Principalmente, la poca comunicación por parte del gestor de check in y check out, dado que el trámite se hace por una página externa a booking que presta a confusión y engaño, junto con la incomodidad de: ruido, no haber aire acondicionado y la complejidad de entrar a la bañera (muro bastante alto)

Overprices did not get why I need to pay 75 euros for cleaning if there were not any cleaning during our stay, requires redecorating, lots of bars around noise from.8pm till 1-3a.m. Host ask about security deposit 150 euro
