Lots of space and really good sized bedrooms for all the teenagers. PS4 was an added bonus! Next door to a very friendly local pub. Lovely village just a short drive from Filey.

"Excellent Stay, highly recommended"

Everything! From the communication leading up to the trip and throughout. The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed as a family. The attention to detail from the hosts is top level.

Only issue was having to turn the boiler on for the baths and showers as the warm water didn't seem to last for too long.

Lovely property, great size and very well equipped. Just a shame no bbq for the courtyard. Great location. Will be booking again :)

Shower curtain in the en-suite is mouldy and could do with been replaced.

"BEWARE!! Host / Stay keep your security deposit (£250) for 14 days following Checkout"

BEWARE Having left the property in a clean and tidy state we had to wait 2 weeks (14 days) for our security deposit to be refunded as this is their standard policy. Just what you need in this current economic climate, a company that keeps your money for no reason other than to profit further whilst making you struggle financially for weeks after you check out!! We wont be using this company again.
