The Shergar Suite

It was beautifully clean and warm when the weather was so cold

We couldn’t lower the radiator right behind our bed

The bed was comfy and it was unique. It had WiFi and the telly working well.

When we arrived the key box wasn’t in the place we’d been told it was, we had to look round to find our room to be able to locate our key box. The code we had been given wasn’t the correct code and the emergency number given was going straight to voicemail, I tried ringing the number 37 times and it went to voicemail every time, people who were arriving that we got speaking to also tried ringing the number and had the same issue. I messaged on booking.com and was ignored, I messaged on instagram and was told they weren’t open. I text the number and I’ve still not been replied to. If it wasn’t for 2 farmers passing and them being able to remember who one of the cleaners were and getting a number for them, we’d still be stood outside trying to get into the key box. After finally getting the correct code off the cleaner we walked up to our room to be met by a pile of dog poo (we don’t have a dog). Some of the pans and cups were dirty, knives that are on the wall had paint splatters on from where they’ve not been took off the wall when it had been painted. The jacuzzi bath was lovely when the hot water worked, 99% of the time the hot water didn’t work which mean we was having cold baths. There was a shower head but no where to put it up so if you wanted a shower you have to hold it up yourself.

Cold and needs a better light in bathroom for women that wear makeup!!!!!

Absolutely Amazing stay for my partners Birthday weekend. Amazing Host ( nothing is too much ), amazing accommodation in the Shergar Suite. 10/10 and 100% can't recommend enough! Thanks
