Broken furniture , broken shower , 3/4 of a toilet roll for 7 people , sofa bed like a brick , not fit for purpose , could be cleaner , decor tired , holes in the wall in one bedroom. Tried contacting host on arrival and also booking.com , host didn't reply, booking.com did nothing to help me get alternative accommodation even though we had 2 young kids with us , was booked for 2 nights but had to find alternative for second night at extra cost. Booking.com not held up their conditions of finding a replacement if accommodation is unsuitable , very disappointed in the lack of customer service . Spent over an hour on phone on night of arrival with no resolution , not acceptable . Still waiting to hear back from anybody , will be perusing this further for refund

Close enough to Alton Towers.

Broken shower, no sink in the toilet. Fag butts at the back door, dirty sock out by the back door. Not modern in the slightest, pics are not accurate to what it's actually like, everything is basic. Not sure you would want 8 in the house, 6 at a push. Only 1 toilet in the house, downstairs (the step staircase).and put the back of the house. I'd rather they advertised their property more honestly.

Host was very helpful and answered messages right away, house was comfortable and had everything we needed, not far from alton towers.

No cloths to do dishes had to buy some, so would bring one with you but there was washing up liquid etc available

Need more kitchen utensils baking trays more cutlery

The beds were very comfortable. The code for the front door is a better idea than having to remember a key. All smart tvs which was good.

The house was lovely and clean. It was like a home away from home, The kitchen had everything you needed, including cleaning products. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding was good quality. Towels were also provided. We were there as a family visiting Alton Towers, which was a 30 minute drive away through pretty little villages. We would 100% recommend staying here and will return for our next trip to Alton Towers.
