The house was clean, and the beds were fairly comfortable. There was a TV in each room which was a nice touch. Although the sound on the TV's was poor, you expect that in a rented holiday home. There was enough untensils in kitchen. The entry system to the property was great too. And so was the free parking. We could always get a space very near the property. The location was very good too. The heating was great and easy to use.

Although it advertised sleeping for 8, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there was no extra bedding provided. We only had 7 in our party but still needed that extra bedding available. I ended up nicking my nephew's pillow from his bed and using all the throws from the bed as a make shift duvet. Also, there was no tea bags or anything like that. Not that it's absolutely necessary as there is a shop nearby, but would have been a nice touch. There was also no shower curtain and the shower rail where the curtain was was broke and taped together. So water just went everywhere. Hand soap provided, but again, shower gel would have been a nice touch.

Great location for Alton Towers and a stop over tour. No problem parking. TVs in all rooms Property clean and tidy Owner was able to respond quickly to queries and organise a call out to get the oven repaired.

Shower curtain still needs replacing as do oven gloves. Oven not working was a bit of a blow but was fixed on the first evening.

Perfect for our visit to Alton towers. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much, we've booked again for next year when we visit Alton towers again 😀

We enjoyed everything about the place, my grandchildren found it very comfortable too. Easy to find and easy to park. No issues whatsoever and easy access to get to Alton Towers.

The property was in a great location, quiet street parking was easy. The house was lovely and comfortable yes a few bits that need doing but nothing that hinders your stay, All was very comfortable, and I would definitely stay again and recommend.

There was no shower curtain which made showering awkward, and messy and nothing left out for you to be able to clean up the floor efficiently, also communication was good up until we arrived, I messaged the property owners via the booking.com app at 9am on the Saturday morning letting them Know that the oven had stopped working, which did make the stay very difficult with 5 in a house hold, and I got absolutely no reply which has very much disappointed me if it wasn’t for this and not having a reply I would have given excellent on everything but this was very disappointing to not get a simple reply.

Bedrooms were all good size & lovely clean and comfortable beds. Landlord let us have later check out.

Bathroom with no shower curtain was accident waiting to happen. Both TVs downstairs not working. All kitchen crockery & kitchen a but grubby. There was washing up liquid, but no other cleaning supplies.

Spacious, good location

Broken shower - shower curtain rail broke and now shower curtain, had to stand in bath and hold shower head to have a wash, not good. Bathroom a bit mouldy.
