Small, functional studio, clean. Was cleaned every 3 days. Safe& good location, facial recognition for elevator.

We were two friends who stayed there for eight nights. The bed is only 140 cm wide, so it was quite cramped. There was also little space to store suitcases. The balcony is a French balcony, so you can't go outside. There was only one hand towel, and after cleaning, the shower mat was taken away but not replaced. The dishcloth was also taken away during cleaning but not replaced. There was no tea towel, and even after asking, one was not brought. Toilet paper was not replenished either. The studio is suitable for someone traveling alone or looking for accommodation for a longer period of time and wants to set themselves up.

Great location, very secure and within walking distance of all shops and other places of interest.

Check-in required facial ID and scanning of ID docs to access the room via elevator. This should be made clear on booking.com before booking not after payment has been made and the cancellation period has expired. I wasn't shown a GDPR policy for reassurance at the check-in desk or given a concrete explanation to what actually happens to the scanned ID docs once guests check out.
