Our stay at The Rose 207 Modern Studio was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated and incredibly comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and exactly as pictured—modern, cozy, and peaceful, making it the perfect escape.🎉🌟 The staff were warm and helpful throughout, especially Yomi at the front desk, who made check-in smooth and always offered assistance with a smile. The Crate receptionist was also attentive and prompt in responding to calls, making everything seamless.💯 This was actually my second time at The Perch Stays, and once again, it exceeded expectations. The consistency in service and cleanliness keeps me coming back. I truly appreciate how quiet the space is—ideal for rest, focus, or a getaway. Looking forward to returning again soon!

Everything was so perfect 👌🏻 I would only suggest a washing machine should be added to the kitchen cabinet. Thank you
