Check in was quite easy and the venue was clean

The morning of check out we wanted to take a splash in the pool before leaving but unfortunately pool maintenance occured during opening hours. This was quite a let down as we only had an hour to spare before 10 am and could therefore not enjoy the amenities.

Great great stay, was more than what we expected. Friendly staff/security. There was one late shift security that works at the front desk entrance she has a short mini afro, she showed us to our room and was super nice at all times and always greeted us with a friendly smile and small talks. She was the best. Overall our stay was amazing and would definitely come back again. They also provide you with all cooking essentials and toiletries if you forgot yours. The apartment was nice and cosy and makes you feel at home the second you enter.

The room was excellent and once I was settled in I enjoyed my stay

Check in was a disaster. I wasnt told the wifi code or how to turn on the AC. The lady that checked me in was rude made no eye contact and quite frankly coming from the service industry she is no asset to the business and requires training

The location was great and convenient the unit was very clean and had everything I needed and the host was always available and very helpful

Everything met my expectations
