Easy to find .Beautiful house. It's cheap to get an Uber to Hull. Quiet Street residential area. Great communication from the owner was very helpful with checking in early . Chatty .

No numbers on door rooms would be helpful as a family home, and some were the owners' personal bedrooms unlocked. A pair of dirty pants on the floor in our room left behind may be by previous guest or dropped when cleaning room . No milk or tea spoon to make a drink . But ld pack some milk sachets luckily but not everyone would .But an excellent amount of coffee tea options in room with tv fresh bedding. Curtains need replacing, but at the cost they are asking, we can overlook this. If you're looking for a cheap place to lay your head after a night out, this is a great option.

Friendly and informative greeting, quiet room own bathroom. Self service breakfast cereals and eggs etc available.

Parking is difficult to find

The room was spacious and comfortable and location was short walk to centre.

Although breakfast is included, you cook it yourselves and supplies are limited. Although there are fridges if you wanted to buy other things.
