Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Man hat von dem Zimmer einen schönen Blick auf den Garten. Die Innenstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Poor lighting on the toilet.Lime scales on the water kettle.

The room is clean, ensuite, hosts are pleasant and accommodating, many stores are located nearby.

The property is at some distance from the city centre, but with a lower price, worth staying in.

Beautiful listed property, with circle blue sign outside says " Christopher Pickering 1842-1920, Trawler fleet owner and philanthropist, 1874- 1889" The room was large and comfortable, it has large windows, lots of light during the day! You need to leave your shose downstairs! Parking, look for an empty spot near the property it is safe street, no issues what so ever!

Very friendly and helpful host. Free help-yourself breakfast in guest kitchen. Large screen TV. Good internet. Nice garden. Convenient location for city centre or for leaving Hull on fast roads

Parking is difficult - very few spaces on the road and hard to manoeuvre into them. Bathrooms (we stayed twice) are very small.

Simon and his family were very welcoming and we get well looked after. It is really nice that breakfast is included.

We managed to park but I think sometimes it could be hard.
