Modern,thoughtful design, stunning balcony view. Also, location is very good. The chip to enter the mall from the back door was at the same time surprizing and fun.

We booked this appartment for 1 night as we planned to attend a concert few meters from the building. Sadly, a week before our stay, we received an email from company securing the concert saying that this concert is canceled. I sent an email to our host telling them that we wont travel due to canceled concert, attached screenshot of the email (canceled concert) and tried to request charge-free cancelation. Request was denied. I tried requesting partial refund or date change (even months from the original date). All requests were denied as it's host's policy that cancelations or date changes are not allowed within 2 weeks. This booking was for 1 NIGHT and host couldn't accomodate us nor make an exception bc of their policies even when we provided proof that we had a reason not to stay in this appartment nor travel out. In the end, we did not use this booking and host kept the money. We are deeply disappointed. Never again. Hope this serves as a warning to others. Plus hosts have an extensive lists of rules and fees that you will learn only after your booking.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff’s attitude toward customers was unfriendly and really affected my day. There was no shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere. The bathroom and toilet doors couldn't be closed properly, and there was a screen with a camera view right in front – which felt very uncomfortable. The bed was also not comfortable – you could only sleep on the sides, as the middle was sagging. Additionally, I was charged extra when a friend came for a short visit, which felt unreasonable.

Check-in system didn't work, was pretty nosy and the owner insisted on no visitors at all. I didn't have actual need for visitors but but it even just knowing that I'm dealing with someone of that attitude degrades my experience. It's one of the experiences that made me look for hotels rather than apartments for business stays. I almost didn't make it to a business event because of the delay caused by the owner and it even prevented me from fully focusing on the event that I visited. Lack of understanding and care almost ruined my day, to be honest.

Beautiful apartment which was large and had everything you would need, excellent location for football fans as it is next to the stadium and easy access back to the old town/centre. Staff were brilliant online in keeping us updated and allowing us to add a second person to the booking at a reasonable price

Only possible concern was the bathroom needs a shower curtain to stop water spraying
