LAM Stadium 2 - TERRACE

It’s a nice, clean and modern apartment in a new building, on a great location and very easy to find. The access is contactless and smooth. It has everything you need for a cosy staying in Bratislava. It’s not that far away from old city centre so we walk and got a good glimpse of Bratislava. The parking is in the underground garage, but it’s payable. There is however an option to park across the street for free if there are free parking spots. Overall great stay. Recommend.

EVERYTHING was great. Place and the aparment was stuny. Clean and just like is ment to be. We commw here to sports competition, and everything Was just super.

We have anything what we could say that was bad or not so well.

Location was excellent. Close to the public transport in the direction of the old center of Bratislava with Tram or Bus.

Here I will provide some hints to the ower: The apartment is perfect in terms of location, modernity and the fact that there is parking and a supermarket. There's even a gas station for emergencies where you can buy the basics. If you want to go to the gym, you can. The points for improvement are: 1 - certain facilities can be improved with little investment. The bathroom floods due to poor quality bathtub hoses. 2 - we had a problem with the oven. The electrical installations were disconnected 3 - the impression was that the induction stove seemed to be at 50% capacity. For those who want to cook, this can be a problem 4 - the air conditioning didn't work due to some electrical issue. There was no possibility of maintenance during our stay. The maintenance schedule didn't coincide with our sightseeing schedule. But this was agreed by me. I recommend the apartment. But I think the owner needs to take a closer look at his business. The current rating of 9.1 does not correspond to reality. Many of the reviews are from locals with no comments.

Nice contact, very detailed description as to how to get keys, where the apartment is etc., super clean, very modern and comfortable interior, nice location. All around great deal and amazing stay.

Bathroom door can't be locked (only a wooden sliding door) and it keeps opening a bit by itself. Also the shower (in bathtub) has no curtains, glass wall or whatsoever, so prepare to either have the entire bathroom and floor wet or shower incredibly careful :)
