L'emplacement de l'appartement, l'espace disponible (3 belles chambres et les 2 terrasses) le calme du cartier, et la grande piscine.

Pas d'étendage de disponible pour le linge, concernant les ustensiles et le mobilier c'est le stricte minimum (peu de verres et de couverts, pas de machine à café, ni de chaises longues) Cuisine pas très propre…

Very spacious. Two large balconies and a large living room. We found everything we needed to cook breakfast, French press coffee. Easy to operate washer. The common pool is nice, with enough chairs for the complex. Easy ten minutes walk to the center of town, 2 minutes to two grocery stores.

No working AC in two bedrooms out of 3. Staff told us this was normal(!!!). Weird shower/bath without curtain or any kind of splash guard... luckily there is a normal shower in the other bathroom. No drying rack or clothespins, just a short wobbly clothesline on the balcony. More glassware would have saved running the dishwasher after every meal.

"Extremely disappointing !"

Location stayed at Patio do Convento before

Property was dirty, furniture old and damaged, bathroom fittings broken. Marketed as a luxury apartment with air con but this did not work nor was it mentioned in property information so it was known that it didn’t work. 2 small desk fans provided. 1 bathroom inaccessible - however this was rectified. Ants and insects throughout property. Fridge freezer broken, dirty and rusty. Washer was mouldy. Bed linen needs replacing - pillows in particular woefully inadequate !! Staff at Dream Algarve were rude and totally uninterested and dismissive of anything we had to say .
