The apartment was huge and full of light, which was great, it had all the amenities we needed and even access to the pool, which we didn't use but it was nice to have that option. Overall, once we checked in, it was all good.

First of all, he check-in process is terrible! It spoiled all the experience. First of all, why the heck is the check-in window only 3 hours? Are you crazy? Who does that - check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm, this is unacceptable. Of course, if you want to check in after 7 pm, you'll have to pay more. Secondly, when we were given the keys at the reception, nobody explained to us how to actually get inside the building. I assumed that we would just beep the magnetic key downstairs and then use the regular key for the front door, but there was no place to beep the key, we walked around the building for 20 minutes, trying other doors and finally found out that the magnetic key gives us access to the inner yard with the pool. I had to go back to the office to figure this out because they were not responding to my messages on Booking.com and were not picking up the phone! I am and was furious. Also, while waiting in the queue (when I went back to the office) I overheard the receptionist's conversation with another guest: turns out, they only give you one portion (2-3 rolls I guess) of toilet paper no matter for how long you've booked the place. The same goes for garbage bags - the guy was just asking if there are more garbage bags, because they booked for 8 nights, and the lady just said that they have to buy them, as well as toilet paper, in case they run out. This is ridiculous, people! I hope the host will read this review. This is not how you treat your guests.

The 10am checkout is a little on the early side - only improvement point I could think of!
