Oceanfront Villa 2(103) - Boardwalk oceanfront

Location was excellent! Property was very clean and maintained.

The only negative was the dryer does not dry the clothes. Only uses cold air. No heat at all in the dryer. Not blaming the property as perhaps they was never informed.

Location was perfect.

Lots of things that need attention. Not very clean, master shower has mold, shower head only trickled water (my husband took it apart and fixed it) mattress old and horrible in master. Shower door in master is hard to close, it came off the track and I got stuck in there, my husband also fixed that as I freaked out being stuck in there and no one could hear me. All furniture very worn. Some of it damaged. Floor in master damaged under mini split unit and door is damaged on bottom. Fireplace dangerous, glass was falling out of it. Freezer had rust in it. Bed set up in two of the bedrooms suitable for kids but not adult couples traveling together. Homeless person living downstairs in the stairwell (harmless, hopefully) did not bother us, he was nice but definitely could be an issue for other guests. Need better info on how to get to the unit. We weren’t sure about which door and looked in both, that’s how we saw the homeless person. It definitely would scare some folks. We didn’t have high expectations, we know that a lot of units in OC are older and dated, however if it was at least cleaned better and had slightly better furniture it would make things better. The price is quite high to have damaged furniture, bad mattresses and not be very clean.

The location can’t be beat!

It was filthy. At least a quarter of an inch of dust on the ceiling fans, ants and other insects in the kitchen, and our bed in the master bedroom was broken. Pictures and videos were taken of all of this. When brought to the host’s attention, she basically said we were lying. Although the space is very roomy, you can tell that there hasn’t been a thought put into basic upkeep, let alone updating it. This was definitely a one and done.

Location is the best!!!

Owners need to reinvest in their spot. This is a Gorgeous condo! Update the bathrooms, new furniture considering the same furniture in the house is when you bought it, and the gas stove is crazy!

It’s at a great location and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. We were given the wrong parking information but when I called, someone did answer the phone and responded to emails.

Needed a broom to clean up sand.
