The woman of the house was v warm & welcoming.

The room was small, cramped & did not have a external window other than a closed shuttered window that opened onto a long & v narrow bathroom that appeared not to be sealed. There was a sporadic noise & release of a sickly perfumed spray from a wall mounted device in the room which kept us awake through the night. There was a drop in the floor level within the room which required great caution while moving around the room. There was nowhere other than space in a wardrobe, a tiny shelf & table to put ones things. The description on the website was inaccurate. We also felt that it was overpriced. Unfortunately we left after the first night as we got v little sleep.while it may suit some travellers it certainly did not suit us.

Actually the bathroom cannot be accessed directly from the room, even it is dedicated to each room.

Waanzinnig leuk authentiek Indonesisch hotel. Een ware aanrader om de oude sfeer te proeven. Leuke buurt en erg leuke stad!

Onze kamer had geen douche en toilet op de kamer. Maarrrrrr de sfeer maakte alles goed.

Het hotel is een prachtig traditioneel Javaans huis. Alles is in stijl. Wanneer je er met een open mind instapt, is het een prachtige ervaring.

De ligging in een rustig leuk smal straatje in de beroemde wijk Kampung Batik Kauman. Ook vlakbij zijn de Pasar Klewer, de grote moskee Masjid Agon en het Kraton. nDalem Kartowikoro is een heel fraai karakteristiek goed onderhouden pand gebouwd in 1835. Wij verbleven in de slaapkamer met eigen wastafel, douche en toilet. De koffie en thee varianten smaken bijzonder goed en zijn niet duur. Het ontbijt is in al zijn eenvoud goed.

De drie andere slaapkamers moeten gebruik maken van een gemeenschappelijke was- en toiletruimte in de voorhal. Iets wat niet iedereen zal aanspreken. De keuze van lunch en avondeten is beperkt.

The only thing I appreciated about this place was the staff, who were helpful, polite, and kind.

I chose this hotel because the photos made it look spacious. However, upon arrival it turned out to be very small and uncomfortable. During our stay, we had to pass through a narrow and messy kitchen because of a wedding party being held there. We couldn’t use the living room since it was occupied, and we had to walk through a wedding of strangers, which made us feel very uncomfortable. After 10 p.m., the gate was locked, the bathroom smelled of sewage, and at 750,000 IDR per night, it was extremely overpriced. Although we had booked for two nights, we decided to leave after just one night and move to another hotel.

Tutto luccica tanto é pulito e la struttura è molto carina e particolare. Il ragazzo che gestisce è molto attento a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Collocato in una bella vietta centrale dove ci sono alcuni negozi di batik

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Struttura e arredamento autentici, sia in camera sia negli spazi comuni. ottima posizione in un ottimo quartiere. Pulizia della camera eccellente.
