Belem is a quiet and very cosy part of the city. The Ajuda-Market, Supermarkets and Restaurants around the corner Besides the sleeping situation very well equipped apartment with a little garden and climatisation.

As the children had to sleep on a mattress on the ground, the apartment was not suitable for four persons. Simple solution: Buy a sofa for 2 persons, the apartment itself is big enough, and IKEA round the corner. The cleaning could be optimised by taking the spiders out of the corners

Muy pintoresco con bonito jardín

Me pareció un poco incómodo para 4 personas, ya que hay que estar poniendo un colchón en la sala. Podrían mejorar la limpieza.

The garden was very beautiful, we went with our pet and he had a lot of fun. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, the house was beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed. Location the best so close to pasteis de belem (best nata evet)

Wir werden gerne wiederkommen, Top waren: Lage, hübsches authentisches Viertel (Ajuda), fussläufig zu nach Belém und ans Ufer. Geschäfte, Markt, Bäckereien und mehrere Supermärkte nah, trotzdem absolut ruhig in der Straße Einrichtung: schön, geschmackvoll, liebevoll und durchdacht, viel Stauraum, sehr hell, tolles Bett, schöne gut ausgestattete Küche etc. (sogar mit Waschmaschine!) Garten: ist was Besonderes und sicher ein Highlight bei einer Wohnung in Lissabon: hintenraus, sehr ruhig, grün, schöner Essplatz Gastgeber: zwar nur Mailkontakt, dafür aber umso netter und zuvorkommender, viele Infos im voraus, Schlüssel vor Ort im Schlüsselsafe, Tipp zum kostenlosen Parkplatz nur etwa 200 m entfernt.

Coqueto y cómodo El jardín da un plus al alojamiento

Espectacular localização, fácil recomendar para famílias ou casais sem filhos, o jardim uma mais valia para o conforto de estar na casa. Não necessita de carro pois tem ligações várias para diferentes locais da cidade e arredores.

Bem o sofá não é tão confortável como a cama...mas safa duas ou três noites. Poderia ter uma porta de correr no quarto, para separar um pouco mais da sala, é uma ideia. (sim, não tem portas entre as divisões só mesmo na casa de banho.
