"Good to stay in local precinct, short distance from main tourist precinct."

The host ( Quoc ) extremely hospitable. Breakfast was of generous proportions. Bed large and extremely comfortable.

Staffs are very accommodating especially Quoc, foods are yummy esp the fruits with yogurt and oats

We had the best hosts we have ever had! The family couldn’t be more helpful.Price was excellent for the quality of our stay. Room and bed was comfortable. Highly recommend this property.the free bikes gave us an opportunity to discover a lot of hoian, from the rice fields and beaches to old town and surrounding areas.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la excelente atención del matrimonio, los detalles y el cuidado al cliente fueron excepcionales. Nunca nos habían tratado así de bien. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

The family running the facility is very kind and welcoming. The breakfast is awesome.

I had to shower in lukewarm water sometimes cold even when I turned the handle all the way to hot water.
