Excellent location, drive way/ parking. If you have a large car,like us,it was tricky.

As soon as we opened the door, the smell hit us, damp dog. It took us nearly the whole week to make the property smell fresh. The cleaners didn't do a good job, dirt on the work surface, damp & dirty dish cloth & tea towel left under the sink, dirty plates put back in the drawer. Only 1 black bag & 2 dishwasher tablets, which for a weeks stay is not enough. Shower downstairs hot/cold settings are very fine, also if you're in the main bedroom, the pump noise is awful. Take everything, apart from salt/pepper, there is nothing provided. Main bed very uncomfortable.

On entry the house itself was freezing. It would be nice if a guest is expected that the cleaner/owner puts heating on ready for their welcome. The shower downstairs was dripping so much that there was a pool of water behind the toilet. Why didn’t the cleaner/owner have this sorted before we arrived? We reported it as soon as we noticed it and a plumber came next day. The call centre didn’t understand our issue I guess it is outsourced to another country? The whole bar has to be replaced so not a minor issue. Once fixed no more water on the floor. Must have been costing owner a fortune in water bill. Single beds need new mattresses.

Excellent location and great it had parking . Once we had parked up we didn’t move the car again as everything was in walking distance. Super clean , homely property , lovely and warm. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The shower needs looking at as it drips - it didn’t cause us a problem - just wanting the landlord to see feedback so they can fix it as wasting water .

Everything was very good. Location was excellent. Furniture and fittings were excellent as well.

Brilliant location with ample parking for two cars. Great views of the Abbey. Comfortable with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen well stocked with everything you’d need, although we ate out during our weekend stay. Would stay here again.

Difficult to control the temperature on the radiators, so sometimes they went off even though the room was cool. When we first arrived, the electric kept tripping, rang the agents and they quickly sent out a maintenance guy. No further problems after that. Sofa bed is a bit dated.

Everything. Great location, very clean, very comfortable and perfect for our stay.

Not a complaint, but a couple more tea towels would have been appreciated.

Location is perfect ,railway /bus station just 5 min stroll also numerous restaurants ,private parking right outside bungalow ,quiet location
