ORMA - By The Beach Goa

We liked the location of the apartment, in a quiet, gated estate (Costas Montage) with a shared pool. It is a short walk through the estate to the beach, and a similar short walk in the opposite direction to the town, restaurants, supermarket and shops. The property is spacious and light with two ceiling fans as well as air conditioning.

We were only supplied with two small bath towels and one hand towel (for a six night stay). Previous comments in response to other hirers indicated that towels and bedding were changed every three days - not in our case. We only met the ‘manager’ once - on arrival to show us around the property.

Great location 3 min walk from the beach. Access to the sea through the best bar and restaurant on Benaulim beach with live music. The beach is gorgeous. Beautiful condominium & villas in this area. Very quiet and safe. Comfortable apartment with everything you need. It's also a 5-10 minute walk to the shops. Great host Sam, who helped us with all the issues we asked. The quality of the accommodation matches its price in general.

Great property. Cleaned and maintained well. Very decent car parking. Clean swimming pool. Also there is a private entry to the beach which is hardly 200m from the stay.

Bed mattress was hard, could have been more comfortable.

Since we were starting at the property for almost 5 days they should have provided more towels and bedsheets and also some cleaning service in between. Because when you stay for 1 or 2 days it’s perfect and ideal but more than that they should provide some extra service bedsheets towels and cleaning

The property is beautiful. The aesthetics of the stay is serene and elegant. Very simple and sophisticated.

Everything is incredible, except the washroom could be a little better and modern to complement the rest of the stay. That’s all.
